Dear customer!

We would like to inform you that today our cloud IP was under a heavy DDOS attack.

Therefore we added a temporary ip (this IP should be used for creating RDP connections over NAT). Please use this additional IP together with your port for RDP and VNC connections.

To protect a host-server and our cloud infrastructure we moved the old IP to a network protected area and blocked all ddos traffic.

You should use a new IP and your port to connect to your VPS (RDP):[port]

Also you could find credentials for RDP and VNC access in your Client Panel.

If you are not able to connect to your virtual server via a new IP please create a ticket in your Client Panel and our administrator will help you (do not use email!).

To submit a support ticket, log into the Client Panel and click the "Open Ticket" link in the top menu. Please use our support ticket system instead of email when looking for help. Our ticket system, is specifically designed to help our customers to get more professional, efficient and fast support.
