We would like to inform you that as part of a replacement program of the legacy hardware, we have started step by step migration of virtual servers of our clients to a more powerful, reliable, and modern cloud of host servers.

After migration to a new hardware  we will perform a free upgrade of CPU, RAM and SSD-disk on your server.

The IP address for RDP/VNC/SSH connection to the VPS and probably a host name of the VPS will be updated. A new IP address (and port) to connect to the migrated VPS and other credentials will be available in your Client Panel in the product’s details section. Password and login to connect to the VPS will not be changed!

Also note that migrating to new hardware will not affect the integrity of your data.

If on completion of this maintenance you are not able to connect to your virtual server via a new IP-address (and port), we kindly ask you to create a ticket in the Client Panel. Our support team will help you if any problem occurs.

When the migration is complete, an additional message will be sent to you.
